Meet the Exec
The Exec play a critical role in the club - without them Warwick Mountains simply would not function. They are the ones who organise every event, manage the club's finances. They are elected at the end of the Spring Term of each academic year, and most positions are available to any member.
George Flint
President
The leader of the club, responsible for the day to day management and overseeing of all the clubs activities.

Megan Clowes
Treasurer
Responsible for the club's finances, keeping track of the club's funding and expenses to ensure we remain within budget.

Jacob Oyarzabal
Head Walk Leader
Responsible for Walk Leader meetings, ensuring a good range of walks on trips, and organising the training of new Walk Leaders. For this exec role you must be Walk Leader with the club.
Oliver Fetherston-Dilke
Gear Master
In charge of the maintenance, management, and provision of all of the clubs gear.

Matthew Ashby
Social Sec
Works with Chloe & James to organise the club's social calendar. Together they book venues, and publicise and run the club's social events between trips.
Eddie Byrne
Tour Sec
Organises our annual Winter Tour to Scotland over the Christmas Holidays, including booking accommodation, instructors and courses.

Sam Lumley
Captain
Responsible for the weekly organisation of both Club Run and Club Climb, and also our entry into the BUCS Orienteering competition.

Vice-President & Welfare
The deputy leader of the club, tasked with helping the president's organisation and management.
Additionally responsible for the club's welfare provisions and support systems.​
Tom Clarke
Secretary
Records minutes during club exec meetings, responsible for much of the club's publicity and marketing, and the weekly communication with our members.
Lily Dewick
Head Trip Leader
Responsible for ensuring all trips run smoothly, ensuring that all paperwork is complete, bunkhouses are booked, and organisational emails are sent.

Social Sec & Alternate Welfare
Works with Matthew & James to organise the club's social calendar. Also helps the VP with the club's Welfare provisions.

Social Sec
Works with Chloe & Matthew to organise the club's social calendar. Together they book venues, and publicise and run the club's social events between trips.
Matthew Waller
Advanced Skills Officer
Organises the training for more advanced skills and assists with maintaining the club's risk assessment to ensure it is up to date.

Merch & Marketing Sec
Designs club merchandise, as well as organising orders and distributed ordered items - making sure we all look great in the Mountains!
